A juicy Korean BBQ patty, white american cheese, thick-cut white onion, sweet caramelized onion, a big swipe of Duke's mayo, and crunchy fried chilis. What sets this burger apart is the dueling onions - the spicy bite of raw onion is tempered by the gentle sweetness of caramelized onion. It just makes sense. 


Pro-tip: take your Phil's Finest beef and form it by pressing it between two deli container lids - that will yield you a perfectly-sized, consistent, shapely, grill-ready patty. Once you have the rest of your grill kit together - buns, condiments, and all that - slap the patties on the grill and let them cook evenly on both sides to your preferred doneness.
