Breakfast Burrito

Make this burrito with either Lao Curry or Korean BBQ ground beef mixes!

This dorado-style breakfast burrito is a recipe that lives rent free in our head. Filled with fresh avocado, silky scrambled eggs, melty cheddar, crispy-crumbly beef, and crunchy chilis, the burrito is tightly folded and griddled on a dry cast iron skillet until both sides are G.B.D.
